You Don’t Have to Earn Your Worth
Somewhere along the way, many of us picked up the belief that our value depends on what we do or how much we give.
We measure our worth by our productivity, our accomplishments, or how well we take care of others.
But here’s the truth:
Your worth isn’t something you have to earn.
You had it the moment you were born.
It’s not dependent on how busy you are, how many people approve of you, or how much you achieve.
You’re worthy simply because you exist. That’s it.
When you start from that truth, everything shifts.
You can still work hard, love deeply, and contribute meaningfully—but it’s no longer about proving yourself.
It’s about expressing who you already are.
So today, try this:
Pause. Take a breath. Remind yourself—I am enough exactly as I am.
